What to Expect at your interview:
-
Your on-hire casual interview will take between an hour and an hour and a half, so please allow enough time
-
You will be inducted and tested in OHS practices
-
You will complete paperwork to enable us to pay you (Tax forms, Super forms, etc..)
-
Peninsula Personnel will go through what to expect when you temp for us and how you should conduct yourself while on assignments
-
You will leave with an "On-Hire Casual Pack"
-
If you haven’t been tested recently, you will need to complete tests in one or all of the following; Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Typing or Data Entry
What to bring with you:

Bank details
-
Tax File Number
-
Prefered Superannuation details
-
Any recent test results
-
A positive attitude and you should dress as you would for an interview

ALLOW YOURSELF 1 - 1 1/2 HOURS FOR THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
