Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Brand Ambassador to represent a leading FMCG brand. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in driving product sales across various channels while fostering brand awareness and customer relationships.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
• Strategically manage a defined geographical territory.
• Deliver and install marketing materials for customers.
• Be available for product deliveries, including first deliveries with point-of-sale (POS) materials or in emergencies.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
• Identify customer needs, assist with purchase decisions, and provide product demonstrations and education.
• Develop and execute promotional plans in line with customer agreements.
• Maintain a regular customer call cycle to drive growth and maximise opportunities.
• Develop strong customer relationships through a collaborative approach.
• Support the creation of social media content to enhance brand visibility.
• Elevate complaints, feedback, and opportunities to management.
