Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to address overdue payments/statements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Place orders and create invoices using the accounting system.
- Organise picking slips and schedule deliveries daily while tracking their progress.
- Manage e-commerce orders, including packaging, posting, and follow-ups.
- Maintain operational spreadsheets, reconcile invoices, and process credit card transactions.
- Send/receive credit applications and update client and supplier records.
- Monitor stock levels and alert the team of low inventory.
- Handle emergency deliveries and manage office samples/stock.
- Prepare booking forms, forward pallet labels, and track inter-estate freight.
- Assist with general office record-keeping and equipment register updates.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar customer service position.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to managing competing tasks.
