Cleaning Supervisor

Our client is currently recruiting for a Site Presentation and Cleaning Supervisor for a large prestigious site on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We are looking for a site cleaning supervisor with experience in cleaning a range of building types, strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team of 10 +staff.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Hands on role leading the team of cleaners

• Liaise with the client staff and be the face of the business

• Managing the daily roster in a flexible manor to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard

• Quality Control, including regular electronic auditing and reporting

• Monitoring and managing consumables, equipment and supplies

• Must have good English and excellent communication skills

• Commitment to the highest standards of WHS and compliance

Skills and experience

• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team

• Min 2 years' experience in a similar role in the cleaning services industry

• Open to learning new ways of doing things and working to Company standards

• Computer literacy and ability to use MS Office and mobile Apps

Must have the right to work in Australia.

Drivers License, Police check and Working with Children Card are mandatory.
