We are looking for an experienced Perm Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a role closer to home. If you are passionate about people, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude, here is your chance to become part of our small fun team on the Northern Beaches! This is a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain regular communications with Clients and Candidates - over the phone & face to face
- Create and upload position descriptions & job ads
- Ensure Terms of Business are clearly communicated to the Client
- Search for Candidates via our database and various other platforms
- Interview& present Candidates
- Update database
- Arrange interviews between Clients and Candidates
- Follow up interview feedback & negotiate terms of employment
- Conduct reference & guarantee checks
- Ensure weekly mailouts of positions available
- Regularly visit Clients to maintain relationships
- Provide input for various newsletters
The Successful Recruiter Will Need:
- At least 3 years previous recruitment experience (ideally perm placements)
- Proven success in working towards KPI's & sales targets
- A vehicle and driving license
- To work full time Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5pm
- To live locally on the Northern Beaches
- A good working knowledge of using a CRM or Database
- Intermediate use of Word and Excel
- To take part in social and charity events
Ideally you will also be a member of the RCSA
