Why Peninsula Personnel? We love what we do and it shows!

In 1995, after identifying a need for a Northern Beaches-based recruitment agency that matched local talent with local businesses, Lisa Bousfield established Peninsula Personnel and quickly built a team who shared her desire to offer personalised, high-quality service.

Today, while Peninsula Personnel has grown, it remains a privately owned boutique agency with an ever-expanding stable of job seekers and local employers and a dedicated team handpicked for their extensive expertise, strong local knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive and down-to-earth attitude.

As Peninsula Personnel has grown along with many Northern Beaches businesses, our consultants know that with growth comes change and are at the ready to help meet your new staffing requirements.

Whether you need permanent, part-time, contract or on-hire casual staff, our team work hard to match the right person to the right job by getting to know your business ‘inside and out’, being accessible, creating relevant role profiles, sourcing and vetting the best fit candidates and providing current, viable advice on salary expectations.

For job seekers, our consultants go the extra mile to find roles and companies that are a good fit, deliver a new career challenge or are a better lifestyle match. And we never hesitate to provide assistance with resume and cover letter writing, interview techniques, and salary and contract negotiations.

Testimony to our ability to provide exceptional service, we have retained many of our first clients, placed permanent candidates numerous times, seen job seekers become employers, built a loyal and long-term stable of employers and temp staff, and won three Northern Beaches Local Business Awards including 2016 Winner of Most Outstanding Professional Service. In fact, referrals alone count for 90% of Peninsula Personnel’s employer and job seeker placements.
