Before we commence each candidate search, our consultants liaise with you to discuss the role’s responsibilities, desired candidate expertise and qualities, and your company’s culture and goals.
We look after the entire recruitment process so you can get back to business
While you get back to business, your consultant advertises the role free of charge, sources suitable candidates from our extensive database, assesses their skills and experience and checks their references. They then interview those who are the best fit for the role and your company, while ensuring your anonymity, before presenting you with a short list of suitable candidates.
On-hire Casual (Temporary) Staff
Hiring casual or temporary staff helps you meet changes in demands which in turn helps your business maintain peak efficiency.
We have created a team of high performing quality temps who are available at short notice and whose broad range of skills and experience enable them to competently hit the ground running in a wide variety of roles.
Our strong relationships with all of our temps enables us to fill roles at very short notice and we always endeavour to match the best temp for the role - a temp who you will gladly request next time.
