Lisa established Peninsula Personnel in 1995 and was made a fellow of the Recruitment Consultant Services Australia (FRCSA) in 2011 for her commitment to ongoing training and self improvement and voluntary work within the community. Passionate about reducing youth unemployment, Lisa started Curriculum to Career in 2013 to help students become work ready and find employment. In addition to Peninsula Personnel winning numerous Northern Beaches Business Awards, Lisa was a finalist for the 2016 Business Person of the Year.

Leigh Mack (MBIA) MRCSA

Finance / Assistant Manager

When Leigh joined Peninsula Personnel in 2003 as a Temporary Consultant she could not have predicted that she would work across all areas of the business and eventually become Finance/Assisant Manager. With her extensive knowledge of the business and all things finance-related and friendly, down-to-earth manner, the team are very glad Leigh decided to go from temp to perm (as they say in the industry)!

Hannah Smith

Hannah joined Peninsula Personnel in 2017 and with her friendly, outgoing personality and calm professional manner immediately fitted in to the team. She has also quickly embraced the Northern Beaches lifestyle, perhaps having grown up in coastal Cape Town. And like Wendy, Hannah loves the thrill of not knowing what each day will bring and the challenge of matching the right person to each role.

Lorraine joined Peninsula Personnel in 2011, bringing an extensive background in training, a friendly, outgoing personality and down-to-earth approach. Lorraine provides vital support to the entire team and is often the first person to greet visitors. Throughout her career Lorraine has worked mostly in large corporations but now enjoys being part of a small company that she believes makes a difference to people’s lives. Getting to know our candidates and helping them find their next career opportunity is Lorraine's favourite part of her role.

Ally Russell

Recruitment and Marketing Consultant

Ally started with Peninsula Personnel in February 2019 as our Marketing and Recruitment Consultant. In 2006, she completed her studies in Marketing and Human Resource Management at Wollongong University. Her career commenced in the Finance Sector where she could nurture and develop strong marketing, relationship building and customer service skills. Throughout the years Ally has expanded on these skills and more by working for herself and other small/medium businesses. Her specialties include, marketing strategy, events management, project management and customer service.

Margaret Bridges

Margaret is the most recent addition to the Peninsula Personnel team. After an extensive career in the recruitment industry, Margaret took time out and experienced the other side of the industry by working as both a temp and a client for various local agencies for 5 years. This experience has given her a full 360 degree view of the recruitment agency process for all parties involved. Margaret brings to the team a thorough knowledge of WHS practices and processes, Award interpretation and general employment conditions and is looking forward to using this knowledge in her HR Administration support role at PP!
